Personal Training
Each workout is tailored to the client’s personal goals, needs, preferences and limitations. A typical workout will include a combination of the following:
strength, core, toning, shaping, flexibility, functional training, sport specific training, balance, agility, weight loss, aerobic and anaerobic training.
Diet & Nutritional Consultation
Nutrition is a large part of leading a healthy lifestyle. I will look at your current eating habits in order to develop a personalized nutrition plan to help meet your health and wellness goals. I will teach you what foods are good to eat, how much and how often you should be eating, and what foods to avoid. We can even create a customized meal plan together.
Sport Specific Training
Tennis, soccer, cycling, you name the sport and I will help make you a better athlete. Talent can only take an athlete so far; you need to be in your best shape in order to perform at your best. Together, we will make this happen!
City Bike Tours
Do you have a bike and say, “I really need to ride but I don’t know where or how to get there?” I can help! I
will take you around the city and show you how to safely ride your bike. All levels and abilities are welcome. You pick the starting and ending point and I will choose the perfect route.
Spinning
One-on-One Spinning instruction available.
Guidance & Motivation
Your training sessions do not end when you walk out of the gym. I will inspire you to exercise and maintain your motivation. Breaking bad habits is one of the most challenging things that a person can face. Together we will replace bad habits with good ones. Your life will forever change, for the better!
